My family and I were traveling back from Maryland and needed to stop because of bad weather , I quickly chose this hotel and we were not disappointed, although we only stayed one night it was great! The room was clean and bright. The bed was very comfortable. Tanya checked us in and she was extremely pleasant and even gave us some waters. The next day we had breakfast and were extremely impressed on not on the selection but the good flavors. The breakfast attendant was so accommodating and friendly. She gave us a great experience and I'm so glad she is a part of your team. She mentioned it was for 12 years ! Next time we are in the area we will be staying again, highly recommend

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Shower and toilet did not look cleaned. The door was covered in handprints. We were very pleased with the entire experience, including our room until we needed to use the bathroom and saw the state of it.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was great. The woman working the front desk at check-in & the woman restocking breakfast were both very nice.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. However, the room smelled very musty and everything in it was damp. The towels would not dry, the clothes I washed would not dry and the ones I took out of my suitcase after a day in the room were damp, also. The air conditioner ran and ran but just made the room damper and cold. When we turned it up, the room got warm and damp. There was no in between. I told the front desk and they said they sent the service man in to check it, but no change. They did give us extra towels so we didn't have to try and dry with wet towels. The closet was so gross, I wouldn't hang anything in it. The beds were comfortable, but the linens felt damp. Overall, the room was not the cleanest. I stay at Hampton Inn's all the time when we travel because I can depend on them being clean and comfortable. I expected better. If it weren't for the location and the friendly staff, we would have probably moved to another facility. Also, Hampton Inn in general needs to improve their food. Glad we don't pay for it!

The room was huge and clean. Shower needed a little updating but non the less super comfortable space. The woman taking care of breakfast is so nice and attentive. Perfect start for the day.

We have always stayed here when in the area, and have always been happy.This last time was a different story.We had a lamp with no shade or bulb, a phone that didn’t work,phone chargers that did not work. Breakfast was slim. They don’t make the oatmeal, they have packets now. Same egg omelets every day. Housekeeping does a poor job in the shower, dirty. Love the location. Will stay elsewhere next time . Room 312

Sheila is phenomenal! Such a great person with the personality to match! All of the staff are just as friendly. The room was very clean and cozy. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.

The Reims are nice. But the bathroom was nasty and dirty(hair in the shower🤢!!!!! Spider web in the bathroom in the corner of the shower😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I call downstairs for housekeeping twice and nobody never show up.. housekeeping don’t know …
